Growing up and working in the employment industry, he knew from an early age that he had a passion for service, people and relationships. Combined with his life-long goal of owning his own business and a lot of hard work and determination, Northstar Recruiting was born! Our goal is to be the best in the industry and to be known for our professionalism, knowledge, and service .
